How do we quote and work?
You describe the problem by phone or with the short form on this site. A photo helps. When the technician has looked at the door, you get a written quote that lists the parts and the labor, before any work starts.
If something else turns up during the job, such as a worn cable or a bent track, we show it to you and add it only with your agreement. We do not push a new door when a repair will do the job, and we say so when a new door is the better choice.
We do not give do-it-yourself steps for springs, cables or the brackets at the bottom of the door, because those parts are under heavy tension. Please leave them to a trained technician.
